Time to register your incoming Local Presidents to the www.jci.cc website! If you complete this task by December 31, 2013, your successor does not have to go though trouble asking JCI to register himself or herself in order to be authorized to administrate some website tasks as a Local President.
Remember, this must be completed by December 31, 2013!
I would appreciate it if you can cascade this information to your fellow Local Presidents.
1. Log in to www.jci.cc with your ID and password.
2. Click on MY JCI in the main menu, and click on your Local Organization right next to your image.
3. Scroll down the page and click on [Add Officer] next to to MEMBERS.
4. Type in the first name, last name or email address of your incoming Local President that is registered in the JCI database/website and click on [Go] to search the member.
5. Select the right member from the list and click on [Select.]
6. Choose [President] under Position as well as 2014 under Year and complete this process by clicking on [Add Officer.] Your Local Organization is good to go!
*1: If your incoming Local President has more than one accounts, please have him or her contact me before you register the member.
*2: Your 2014 Local President can start adding 2014 Local Officers to the website after he or she is registered as 2014 Local President.
